MEET Zusiphe
I, Zusiphe Vivashe, a young, motivated and goal-driven lady holding a National Diploma in Civil engineering, joined Qabani National in April 2024 as a Rope access level 1 operator on site painting and getting the job done with the amazing team in a predominantly male-driven industry. Having joined the team, it has greatly impacted my life in general as I have been recognised as the employee of the month for the month of July 2024, and later presented with an opportunity to be the administrative assistant who will focus on the health and safety compliance of the company, and that of the approved subcontractors working under Qabani National.
In my journey at Qabani National, I have been granted many opportunities for personal growth and career development, as I enrolled in Project Management this year to further advance my skills and knowledge in the construction field. I am continuously learning as this is a fast-paced environment, surrounded by personnel with years of experience and encouraging employee development makes it possible to learn.
