ABOUT
The redecoration and renovation of REDEFINE’s interiors involved a comprehensive overhaul to modernize, enhance functionality and ensure compliance with contemporary standards. Redefine is located in Black River Park, Cape Town.
Qabani was appointed as the main contractor to undertake a full commercial fit out for the large property fund of Redefine Properties. The project was a full turnkey project include all major trades.
- Epoxy floors.
- HVAC upgrades with new venting and ducts installation installed throughout with new Midea V8 compressors.
- Electrical.
- Plumbing.
- Wet works and brickwork.
- Drywall partitioning.
- Glazing and aluminium structures including a soundproof 3 part boardroom.
- Signage.
- Carpentry and painting.
- Included also were the acoustics with OWA signage and access control.
This turn-key project was a 4-month construction period.
This multi-faceted project transformed the space into a more efficient, safe, sustainable and visually appealing environment, blending high-end finishes with essential technical systems for long-term performance and user satisfaction.
